How Can ankle Fracture Along With Pain Be Treated?
i broke my ankle this week and did not want prescribed pain medication. the only time i have severe pain is when i am in bed for the night. saw orthopedic surgeon on Thursday and she said to sleep wearing boot which is when the severe pain began. what over the counter pain medication should i take. she does not want me to take any with antihystamines in them

Hi just take some nutmeg powder (half teaspoon) in milk at bedtime. It will put you to sleep and you will forget the pain.Take Ibuprofen if really needed--regards
